  • Designed a quality MVP user experience and interface in Figma for the front and back end of a Fintech SaaS product allowing wealth managers to invest in an infrastructure debt fund modernizing the asset class.
  • Conducted competitor audit and UX research on similar funds and studied their features and information architecture to see what logic could be applied similarly where applicable on our product. After implementing said logic we received positive feedback from the board of investors.
  • Led end-to-end design process, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and built a scalable atomic design system in a Figma library and documented components in Confluence for dev team.

Lead UI/UX Designer - Business Warrior

  • Designed a mobile and desktop SAS product in Figma that helped small businesses asses their digital marketing strength via a patented marketing score, managed marketing efforts from our in house marketing team, and provided access to lending services via our partner bank.
  • Worked closely with executive leadership to help drive the high level company strategy and vision of the SaaS product as a creative manager as well as product designer by bringing my expertise in marketing design for small businesses.
  • Redesigned a customer service chat bot for the lending application flow to address the lack of a dedicated customer service team and help build trust with users. The first round of implementation resulted in a 3% increase in resolved issues via completed applications.
  • While leading a team of four designers together we collaborated to build a style guide and atomic design system in Figma for the marketing team and SaaS product resulting in a more cohesive brand.
